Why Most People Never Get Out of Low Back Pain (and How to Fix It)
Most people stay stuck because they’re following conflicting advice.

If your low back pain keeps coming back no matter what you try, you’re not alone.
I’ve been there myself.
Years ago, I dealt with my own back injuries and remember how frustrating it was — not knowing what was safe to do, or why the pain always returned.
And over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been hearing the same thing during my 7-Day Movement Reset calls:
“I’ve tried everything I see online, but nothing seems to last.”
“I just want to know what’s actually causing it.”
The truth is, most people don’t get better because there’s too much conflicting information out there. Everyone online has a different “secret fix,” and people end up trying a little bit of everything — or worse, the wrong things — instead of starting with the basics that actually matter.
Some do endless “core stability” routines. Others chase fancy mobility drills they saw on Instagram. And some give up completely because they think there’s one right answer for everyone, when in reality, there isn’t.
The best way to get out of pain is to listen to how your body responds and make adjustments based on that feedback. That’s what I do with the professional athletes I work with, and it’s how I’ve been able to help people who’ve already tried everything else.
So I built something to help you do the same. It’s free and it’s available below.
The 7-Day Low Back Pain Relief Plan
This plan is my way to simplify a very complex topic and help you get started on the right path.
It’s short, clear, and built to help you calm pain, move better, and understand what your body actually needs. All in just 10 minutes a day.
Here’s what’s inside:
✅ 4 guided movements per day (about 10 minutes total)
✅ Video links to show exactly what to do
✅ A daily log to track how your back responds
✅ Tips on what to do next once the week is done
This is the same first-week system I use with most of my patients and athletes who struggle with low back pain.
It’s the foundation that helps you finally start working on the right things — not just what you see online.
Why I Made This
Low back pain is a very complex topic. There are a lot of moving parts, and it’s easy to get lost trying to fix everything at once.
This plan is my way to cut through the confusion, simplify the process, and help you start building real, lasting change.
And because I’ve been through this myself, I know how important it is to finally have a plan that makes sense.
If your back pain keeps coming back, it’s not because you’re missing the perfect stretch or exercise. It’s because your body needs the right kind of feedback and gradual change.
The 7-Day Low Back Pain Relief Plan helps you do that, one step at a time.
Keep moving,

Dr. Matt Moreno, D.C., C.C.S.P.®
