I’m Dr. Matt Moreno, a chiropractor with nearly a decade of experience working with professional athletes, weekend warriors, and active adults. I’ve seen firsthand how small movement issues can turn into big problems—pain, surgeries, and long-term limitations.
Move More Minute is designed to give you quick, actionable advice to improve mobility, prevent injuries, and take control of your health. Each week, you’ll get science-backed tips and exercises that I’ve used successfully with golfers, athletes, and everyday people who just want to move and feel better.
No fluff, no gimmicks—just real solutions that work.
The Move More Minute is completely free and is designed to help everyone move better and get out of pain. Some problems are more complex though. They require a more customized approach. That’s why I also have these other offerings.
