Repeat every week. If you follow along each week, we will cover every movement in the body.
Most people should see changes in their pain and mobility after 1 week.
If you have more severe problems, it can take months to see progress even if you are doing the right things. So be patient.
Reach out if you need help—You’re not alone. I’m always here to support you!

Or you can schedule a 1-on-1 appointment with me virtually or in person (DFW area) HERE.
To keep in mind:
Use this in addition to your normal workouts
The Move More Minute is designed to complement your regular workouts by ensuring your joints are doing their job and no movement falls through the cracks, but staying active with a well-rounded exercise routine is still essential for long-term health.
Consistency is key
Improvement takes time. Even if progress is slow, moving forward prevents us from moving backward.
Listen to your body
Don’t push through pain. This newsletter is for general educational purposes and should not replace individualized medical advice. Consult with me or another qualified healthcare provider if you have existing health concerns to make sure you progress safely.
Frequently asked questions:
What if I don’t pass the movement test?
Perform the exercises for that week. Reassess at the end of the week. Repeat each week until you pass the assessment.
If you aren't seeing improvement after 2 weeks, reach out to me, and we can figure out a plan for you.
If I pass the test, should I still do the exercises?
Yes! Even if you pass, the exercises help you keep your body moving well. They’ll help maintain your mobility, stability, and soft tissue quality over time.
Do I need to do these exercises forever?
For most people, it’s not realistic to do all these exercises all the time. Instead, use them as a way to check on your joint health and make progress on them over time. A high-quality workout program done regularly should help keep your joints healthy, and using this newsletter will allow you to make sure nothing falls between the cracks.
What if I can’t do the exercise?
If you struggle performing any of the exercises, please respond to the email and let me know. I can send you a different exercise to do that better suits your needs.
What if I don’t have the equipment?
If you don’t have the equipment for the exercise listed, HERE is a list of my recommended products. If you don’t want to buy any products, please let me know. I can send you exercises that don’t require equipment.
