A Clarity Call is a one-time, 30-minute conversation designed to help you understand what’s likely going on and decide on a reasonable next step — without pressure or long-term commitment.

Who this is for

These calls are a good fit if you:

  • Have recurring or persistent pain (back, neck, ribs, shoulder, hip, etc.)

  • Aren’t ready for ongoing coaching or rehab

  • Feel unsure what actually matters for your situation

  • Have tried a lot and don’t want to keep guessing

  • Want help thinking things through, not just collecting exercises

This is especially helpful if:

  • Your pain doesn’t fit neatly into one category

  • You’re stuck between “doing nothing” and “doing everything”

  • You want clarity before deciding what (if anything) to do next

What this call is (and what it isn’t)

This call IS:

  • A calm, focused conversation about your situation

  • Help understanding patterns in your pain over time

  • Guidance on what typically matters most in cases like yours

  • A way to choose a sensible starting point

This call is NOT:

  • A medical diagnosis

  • Full coaching or a long-term treatment plan

  • A guarantee of pain relief

  • A sales call with pressure to buy more

If you leave the call feeling clearer and choose to do nothing further, that’s a perfectly valid outcome.

How I think about pain (the short version)

To keep moving well as you get older, your joints need to do their jobs reliably.

Pain often shows up when:

  • One or more joints aren’t keeping up with the demands being placed on them

  • Load isn’t being shared well across the system

  • Capacity hasn’t caught up to demand yet

The challenge isn’t effort — it’s knowing:

  • what to focus on

  • how hard to push

  • when a different approach is needed

That’s what this call is designed to help with.

What we’ll cover on the call

Every call is a little different, but we usually talk through:

  • How your pain started and how it’s changed over time

  • What you’ve already tried and how your body responded

  • Whether this feels more like a one-off flare-up or a recurring pattern

  • What areas may not be contributing as well as they should

  • What a reasonable next step looks like

If exercises are appropriate, I’ll give you a clear place to start and explain how I’d expect things to respond — and what it means if they don’t.

What happens after the call

By the end of the call, most people feel:

  • Clearer about what’s likely going on

  • Less uncertain about their body

  • More confident about what to try next (or what to stop chasing)

Possible outcomes include:

  • You feel comfortable experimenting on your own

  • You decide to wait and let things settle

  • You realize you may want more structure at some point in the future
